Kriv Naicker is a senior executive, entrepreneur, industry commentator and professional director with 25+ years' of international experience in governance, digital transformation and emerging technologies.

He is the founder and managing director of Synaptec NZ, a strategy and innovation advisory firm helping governments, corporates, and start-ups navigate the transformative impact of emerging, disruptive and exponential technologies. Kriv also founded and is the current Deputy Chair of the New Zealand Internet of Things Alliance, where he previously served as inaugural Executive Director and Board Chair.
